Synopsis:

A boy named Uesugi-kun is just as small and adorable as a girl. One of the girls he is been crushing on since he was a child said, "Would not it be so cute if Uesugi was a girl!" In addition to being shorter and less intelligent than his boyhood companion Eito, Uesugi-kun also has a damaged heart. On his way home from school, Uesugi-kun visits a shrine and asks for a favor because he is depressed. A romantic comedy with a love triangle and an exceedingly adorable, now female, lead character starts!
